RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At SPG Supplements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Returned items must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
