SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Some products offered by SPG Supplements may be available on a subscription basis (for example, “Subscribe & Save”).

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive products on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically for each delivery unless the subscription is cancelled.

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. To do so, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email or contact us directly at:

Cancellation requests must be made before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge from being processed.

Cancellations

Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may cancel future recurring orders at any time.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund conditions as standard purchases, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
